Excellent hotel and very calm and professional employees. The hotel is very clean and neat. Staff are very helpful and they'll be there for you in case of any problem.

hotel staff is not good and service is not good room bell is not working no towel in the room there is so much smell in parking area

The air conditioning wasn’t working then it was rectified by technician, geyser wasn’t working, looks like sheets weren’t cleaned properly, there is no proper regulated fresh air, no towels were kept in bath room, there a cockroach in washroom. They even try to charge me for the one of the room service which I never opted for. I called twice GM still no proper update.
